hello, i have only used my poupette one time and they never got back to me, i paid for a 3-day lv service on 10/24/2009 sent all my pix, and NOTHING! I have sent over 15 emails to my poupette, image chic, and the finer designer. NO REPLY! My ticket #1105210186 just so you know i am not some crazylady that has it in for my poupette. This is my first and last time to use them.......

Do you still have a receipt for the bag? If you purchased it at an authorized retailer, that is your best proof. Otherwise, you may have a challenge reselling it for the amount you'd like as it will be harder to prove it's authenticity. Services like My Poupette do help convince potential buyers, however, so you may want to try that service as well. Good luck :)

i have a bag that i purchased and want to resell. i would like someone to tell me that it is real. i have taken it to the galleria in houston, lv and was told that it was but would like a second openio. what do u suggest.
