I'm so sorry to hear you had this trouble. If I were you, I'd probably go ahead and write her company and let them know about the problem's you had and why you returned the second purse. It may be a manufacturing problem that they are not aware of yet. I love Dillard's, though. They are very good about taking care of problems like this and treating their customers well.

My husband bought me a purse of Jessica Simpson (ivory like with light brown trim and gold hardware) for Valentines Day cause i saw it at Dillards and fell in love with it! But a month later I noticed that out of the gold pieces the handle was coming out and the screws were loosening. Well i took it back and got another just like it color and all! Then a month later after that it started to do the same thing...So I decided to take that back and instead get a Kathy Van Zeeland purse and TO HELL WITH JESSICA'S CHEAP LINE!

Sorry you're having trouble finding it, Jenn. If I see another source, I will post here. You have to be cautious about buying off Ebay because of authenticity issues, but that might be a possible place to find an older bag that is out of production. You may also want to consider one of the newer designers. We're always adding new features on our main page. Maybe you'll find a new favorite :)

Thank you Lori Soard! I actually knew about the medium shopper but I am looking for the LARGE shopper which is HUGE!! Noone sells it anymore. And Nordstrom's on line doesn't carry any. So frustrating!! I really appreciate your help though. That was very nice of you! Jenn
